DeLand, FL, May 7, 2025 – Foundations to Healing is proud to announce it has been awarded Probationary Licensure by the Florida Department of Children and Families (DCF) for the provision of Outpatient (OP) and Intensive Outpatient (IOP) treatment for substance use disorder, effective August 3, 2025.
This licensure marks a significant milestone in the organization’s commitment to delivering high-quality, evidence-based behavioral health services to the Volusia County community and beyond.
Licensed programs will include:
DUI Programming (Level I and Level II)
Batterers’ Intervention Program (BIP)
Anger Management
Outpatient (OP) Substance Use Treatment
Intensive Outpatient (IOP) Substance Use Treatment
